Start-up providing photovoltaic integrated solutions (components and modules) based on a disruptive world-class composite material and encapsulating technology.
Location:
Basque Country, with availability to travel internationally
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Define and execute the company's strategic plan, reporting directly to the Board of Directors
- Provide strong, inspiring leadership to the whole COMPANY team; attract, build, coach and lead a high performing team
- Develop the go-to-market strategy of the company at an international level and establish a strong customer-centric culture
- Champion the COMPANY brand internally and externally (attendance at fairs, development of commercial material, etc.)
- Coordinate and manage company's product development roadmap and production process
- Coordinate key technology decisions
- Lead fundraising strategy, define funding plan, identify potential investors/financers and lead conversations with them
REQUIREMENTS:
Education background
Tertiary studies in Business or Engineering (if this second case, complemented with business studies such as MBA)
Professional experience
- Proven experience in photovoltaic industry of at least 5 years in commercial/management positions
- International experience
- Experience in EPC project management positively evaluated
- Start-up/new business line development positively evaluated
Others
Languages: English & Spanish mandatory, additional languages positively evaluated
Network in industrial companies in BIPV positively evaluated
Skills needed:
- Leadership and project management
- Extensive knowledge of renewables and photovoltaic industry
- Analytical and structuring capacities
- Strategic thinking and execution capacit
