We are looking for a Finance Department Analyst who analyses financial data, prepares reports, and provides insights to support decision-making within an organization
How you’ll make an impact
· Collaboration and support in the accounting cycle of the various companies within the group.
· Responsible for the digital and/or physical filing of received and issued invoices, meeting minutes, and other documentation.
· Classification, recording, and control of issued and received invoices.
· Assistance in the preparation of the annual reports of the different companies within the Group.
· Participation in the preparation of the LUMINOUS Group’s annual budget.
· Preparation and follow-up of payments in accordance with the approved budget.
· Inventory control, including both work in progress and fixed assets.
· Bank reconciliations and review of payments without supporting documentation to locate corresponding invoices.
· Support in the filing of tax returns, including monthly and consolidated VAT, withholdings, etc.
· Supplier circularization regarding year-end account balances.
· Follow-up of minutes related to the approval of financial results, shareholder contributions, and Form 600.
· General support with accounting and administrative tasks.
· Assistance to the project team in the preparation of financial models.
Key requirements
· Academic background in Business Administration, Accounting, or similar
· English level B2
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Previous experience is a plus
