On Thursday, September 9, 2021, UNEF organizes together with Futura Insurance the webinar "Guarantees and Guarantees in the Renewable Energy sector".
In this Webinar some of the problems that arise when issuing the guarantees after the new regulation will be solved. In view of the great expansion of the renewable industry, the Government changed part of the regulations preventing clean energy promoters from presenting projects to obtain access and connection permits to the grid. On July 1, the moratorium ends after more than a year of waiting. For this reason, and in view of the troubled times for the renewables sector, we want to give support and strength to all developers by solving some of the problems that arise when issuing guarantees after the new regulation.
In this webinar, two of the three integral parts will join and that are key when issuing endorsements and guarantees of connection to the network: the broker and the company. We will deal with topics of great interest such as the documentation required to carry out the line of guarantees for connection to the electricity grid and dismantling or the factors that we must take into account after the new regulation, among others.
