How you’ll make an impact
• Provide day-to-day legal support across the company’s operations with a
particular focus on corporate and regulatory matters.
• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and managing a wide range of legal documents,
including contracts, corporate resolutions, and powers of attorney and
internal policies.
• Support the preparation and management of corporate governance matters
for the group’s entities, including filings with the Commercial and Property
Registries.
• Monitor and analyse regulatory developments and legislative developments
affecting the energy sector, particularly in renewable energy, and prepare
regular updates and internal reports.
• Conduct basic legal research on corporate or regulatory matters when
required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant energy sector regulations (e.g., REMIT,
MIFID II, EMIR, CNMC) and support the implementation of internal
compliance procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams, coordinate with external advisors,
suppliers, notaries and public authorities on legal matters. Provide
administrative support on legal and corporate matters as needed.
• Support document management, filing systems, and internal legal
workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of legal processes.
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of legal archives, templates,
and company records.
• Support the legal team in internal approval processes and signature
collection.
• Track deadlines related to contracts, filings, and compliance obligations.


Profile:
• Law degree (required); postgraduate studies in energy law or corporate law
are a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience, ideally in a law firm or in-house legal department of
a company.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically in solar and wind
technologies. Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Minimum English: C2 (required)
• Team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
