ROLE :Solar Project Development Director
Project Development Director for Spain identifies, analyses and executes utility scale solar opportunities to develop, build, and operate solar projects in Spain. He will be responsible of building own team for the development of projects from land acquisition stage through the permitting process to obtaining the ready-to-build status.
RESPONSIBILITY
• Implementation, development and follow-up of development strategy on the Spanish market;
• Build and manage own development team, conducting full permitting process for Spanish market, supervise negotiations;
• Bringing new opportunities and development of internal strategy approach;
• Project development for permitting processes before administration and utilities in order to obtain construction permits;
• Overseeing renewable energy project management of the team;
• Negotiate and secure lease agreements;
• Research regulatory framework to identify best business development options;
